TerrAria evaluates the technical and economic feasibility of the identified solutions, supporting Administrations in planning targeted investments and reducing operating costs. With more than 50 energy audits carried out, the approach is consolidated and replicable.
Alongside audits, the energy certification of buildings is an essential element for classifying building performance and ensuring compliance with national and regional regulations. TerrAria prepares Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) based on accurate surveys, updated calculation tools and in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements of each intended use.
