Environmental Decision Support System<\/h2>\n

Environmental Decision Support System (EDSS)<\/span><\/b>, was created from the pilot project <\/span>LIFE TTGG – “The Tough Get Going<\/span>,” which focused on the <\/span>efficiency of production processes in the production chains of <\/span><\/b>2 PDO cheeses in Europe and the <\/span>reduction of their environmental impact.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To date, the system has evolved and is able to <\/span>dynamically manage even very different contexts<\/span><\/b>, allowing them to be reduced in terms of environmental footprint and thus achieve more sustainable production and consumption.<\/span>
\n\u00a0 The product developed by TerrAria is able to give a cross-cutting view of the various utilities involved in data collection. <\/span>The main features of SSDA are summarized below:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. The supply chain consortium can <\/span>view the progress of all stages of production through special tool<\/span><\/b>;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Management of companies and related factories with different production stages;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. The user completes the evaluation of their production stage, linking it to the supply chain, taking data from the previous stage and providing their own data to the next one;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Process of validation and certification of assessments.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Currently the <\/span>product has been verticalized on 3 supply chains <\/span><\/b>(ASIAGO, PROSCIUTTO PARMA, GRANA PADANO) each of which has different processing stages. <\/span>
