Thanks to the ability to analyze the energy-environmental sustainability of processes, through data analysis and processing and especially by means of modeling approach<\/strong>, TerrAria has gained specific transversal skills in the development of decision support systems and WebGIS, with the awareness of the need to integrate multidisciplinary issues and “networking.”
Today it can count on the contribution of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team of 25 collaborators <\/strong>with articulated professional skills – computer scientists, physicists, environmental\/energy engineers, and environmental\/energy planners.<\/p>\n

The team is capable of responding with qualified expertise <\/strong>to the demand expressed by public entities research organizations and private operators in the areas of air pollution and energy efficiency, environmental and energy planning, strategic and impact assessments, and in the design and implementation of ad hoc applications in these fields.

Partner of the “Smart Land Integrated digital ecosystem for the management of territory and its resources<\/strong>” and leader of the supply chain “Transition to the ecosystem of Renewable Energy Communities<\/strong>“, TerrAria is registered in QuESTIO<\/a>, instrument created by Lombardy Region to promote the innovation ecosystem, understood as a set of different entities active in the field of research and innovation.<\/p>\n

Since 2014<\/strong> TerrAria belongs to the “Fondazione Cluster Tecnologie Per Le Smart Cities & Communities Lombardia<\/a><\/strong>” (Cluster SCC<\/strong>) which aims to bring together companies, Research centres and stakeholders to promote and facilitate research in support of innovation. In the three-year period 2017-2020, TerrAria was part of the board of directors of the SCC Cluster<\/strong> and since 2016<\/strong> it is in the special section of the business register as an innovative SME.<\/a><\/p>\n

In February 2020<\/strong>, TerrAria signed an agreement with the University of Brescia for collaborations aimed at research activities<\/strong>, The Department of Molecular and Translational Medicine (DMTM) and the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (DIME).<\/p>\n
