It is the instrument through which the <strong>consumption profile<\/strong>, <strong>energy balance<\/strong> and <strong>energy management<\/strong> of a company are <strong>analysed<\/strong>, with the aim of identifying and quantifying energy efficiency opportunities in the production processes involved, in the general and auxiliary services supporting them, and finally in the building-plant system in which the company operates.<\/p>\n<p>The main steps of the audit are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>acquisition<\/strong> and <strong>processing<\/strong> of <strong>consumption data<\/strong>: energy consumption monitored through electricity meters and the gas meter;<\/li>\n<li><strong>calculation<\/strong> of <strong>energy performance indicators<\/strong> based on production data at the highest available level of detail;<\/li>\n<li><strong>on-site inspection<\/strong> of the production facility, with verification of data and characteristics (power, efficiency, operating hours, etc.) of the main machinery;<\/li>\n<li><strong>analysis<\/strong> of the collected information and identification of any need for further investigation;<\/li>\n<li>discussion with the company on the <strong>pre-feasibility<\/strong> of possible <strong>energy efficiency measures<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>preparation of the <strong>audit report<\/strong>, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 102\/2014.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the preparation of energy audits, TerrAria uses ERGapp, a Web application developed in-house and delivered via browser as a service accessible from any device (PC, tablet, smartphone), capable of <strong>monitoring and analysing energy consumption in real time<\/strong>, reconstructing <strong>historical consumption series<\/strong>, <strong>displaying<\/strong> <strong>power quality parameters<\/strong>, <strong>analysing<\/strong> <strong>EnPIs<\/strong> (energy performance indicators) and corporate <strong>KPIs<\/strong> (Key Performance Indicators), and simulating the <strong>savings achievable<\/strong> from each identified energy efficiency measure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tool to assess the energy footprint of companies and energy efficiency strategies TerrAria carries out energy audits for obligated entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 102\/2014, as well as for voluntary entities.
